I' m sorry for this late reply, but I just ' discovered' the site.
There is a book on German torpedo's : " Die Torpedos der Deutschen U-Boote" written by Eberhard Rossler, the best known authority on German subs, pre-, war and post-, published in ' 84 by Koehlers Verlagsgesellschaft in Herford, ISBN 3-7822-0328 3, 270 pages, about 75% on WWII designs, covering all aspects of them, even showing the electric diagrams of the depth control using vacuum tubes (WWII ' vintage') and some dimension drawings.
