Hi Clarence,
don't know if you still found, because this website was before several times mentioned here.
At
[www.9teuflottille.de]
they have a external plan view of U-99 in good resolution (6500x2800).
Go to "Wissen" then "Bootspläne" and then "VIIb Generalpläne". You can download a zipped-gif file. When having problems mail me, I can sent you a tif file.
