Hi,
You must be mistaken in your understanding. The subcommittee is not selling anything. There may be several members there, who build as well as offer for sale complete torpedo systems in various scales. I suspect, that they are also willing to sell just the plans for this.
My question to you: Why do you expect to obtain such labor intensive product for free?? Rgds, RB
