The bridge of the ex-Wilhelm Bauer in Bremerhaven is not accessible.
The books Wiljan recommends are really nice, I agree, but I do not think they include any photos of INSIDE of the bridge and the turret. The plans are not enough to recognize what is what.

This site must be the biggest about U-boat, but none of you here knows the exact answer really???
