Search also as Curie, because the U14 was a captured French vessel.

As I know there were some blueprints about 20-30 years ago, probably published by the War Museum (Heeresgeschitliches Museum) in Vienna.
There is a 1/350 resin/photoetched/turned model kit available here:

I haven't got this model yet, just thinking to buy one.
