Kriegsmarine Air Branch uniforms & badges

Hi all,
As this seems to be the best Kriegsmarine site around, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the air branch, particularly the following:

1. What did the badges look like for pilot, observer and ground mechaninc/fitter?
2. Where were they worn on the various uniforms (working, dress, undress etc)?
3. What were the flying clothes like? Were they the same as Luftwaffe?

I have a couple of 1/32 Arado 196s and I'd like to do one getting ready for flight with flight crew either onboard or getting ready to board, and one with the mechanics servicing the machine while the flight crew (not in flying clothing) look on. Many thanks for any help you may be able to give - I can't seem to find anything on the web about this! Thanks again.
