Albeit not mentioned in the review of all modell subs here is what you (soon) can get in the 1/144 scale...

Type IIb from ICM
Type VIIc from Revell
Type VIId from Revell
Type IXc from ICM
Type XXI from Revell
Type XXIII from ICM (and Trumpeter ?)
