Hi fellas, new member here with a question. I've seen several models of U-997 built with squiggly paint being applied to upper hull and bridge area. Was U-997 really painted this way? I can find no documentation to prove this was so in any of my U-Boat related books/references. (I posted this question elsewhere, but perhaps in the wrong place.)
