Type IXC Bridge and Wintergarten Detail

On Revell's 1:72 Type IXC are a pair of irregularly shaped tubed that rise from the forward area of the wintergarten deck just outboard of the ladders and rise to the bridge level. The upper ends stop at the aft end of the bridge deck. What are they? At first I thought they were the stuffing tubes for the aft antenna feed wires, but then realized those are at the aft end of the wintergarten. Can anybody point me to photos of the aft area of a turm IV conning tower? None of the U-505 museum photos show that end in detail. Thanks!!
