Dutch Submarine technology.

Hi,

I was wondering if any one can help me.

I read that the Dutch submarines were among the best submarines when war broke out. Can anyone tell me of this is true?

The Snort was available on subs in the netherlands long before in other nations.

I would like to hear your toughts!
