U-Boat Logistics and administration

I am currently participating in a tutorial group which has been tasked with putting together a one hour seminar on the conduct of the German U-boat campaign in the Atlantic.
We have had difficulty in finding sufficient information on the conduct of the logistics to support the u-boat campaign. In particular I am trying to find information on:

Logistic bases and the strategic implications of locations;
How replenishment was conducted at sea and with what ( in essence the tactics and techniques);
The nature of supplies carried;
The effect of allied maritime and air operations on the sustainment of U-boat operations.

If anyone is able to provide information or suggested reading material I would appreciate it.The seminar is being prepared in the next two weeks for presentation in August. It would be helpful if replies could be made no later than 31 July 2000.
