Hope this isn't to late for your presentation. You might want to look at 'U Boat Tankers 1941-45' by John White published 1998, Airlife Publishing Ltd, UK.

This book has a wealth of information about fuel, food & equipment being supplied to U-boats engaged in all theatres of war and the impact of Allied operations on the transfers.
