Hi Danneman!

If You have the possibility to find in a library the book
Rohwer:Axis Submarine Succeesses of WW II.
On pages 218 - 222 you will find reported all 68 attacks
by German,Italian and Romanian Submarines and Uboats
on Russian (and in 2 cases Romanian) ships between
27 July 1941 - 2 Sept 1944 in the Black Sea.

These 68 reports include
ships sunk
ships damaged
as well as unsuccessful attacks,where the victim escaped.

Dr Rohwers book is very very detailed in each and every incident.
