Hi Ted

In both PC games "ACES of the DEEP" and "COMMAND ACES of the DEEP" there are a program that may fulfill your requirements.

Select "Career menu" and then "War Patrol" ,once inside go to the chartroom and click on the earth figure.Run the Atlantic chart crawling the mouse with the
left key.You ´ll see, in the base of the chart, both the geographical coordinates and the Kriegsmarine grid coordinates.

I don´t know how accurate is, however I think this is very close to what you are looking for.
