Hi Rosie, my grandfather, Jesus Fernandez del Rey, was killed in the sinking of the Mambi. I have several articles from the time, and some accounts, from survivors. I also have some old photocopies of pictures of the mambi, and a picture of the funeral procession. According to my grandmother, who still lives, the body of my grandfather was the only body found.
