Performance/range

Are there any copies of performance curves/data available for both diesel (surface) and electric (submerged) operation for the various types of U-boat produced.

I am aware of the various ranges given in most books on the subject usually at either 10kts/12kts or near top speed and underwater at 4kts and also for diesel electric operation but am trying to correllate range/endurance in relation to the boat\'s speed and such data would obviate the need for guesswork!
