Drawings for the type XXI can be obtained from:
Bernard & Graefe Verlag

53057 BONN, Germany
Tel: from outside Germany 49 228 64830, when you will get the company\'s switchboard. Ask for Herr Junge (speaks English).
Ask for:
Planrolle UBoat Type XXI - ISBN 3-7637-6001-6 (DM78.00 inc. VAT) He will take major credit cards.
This will get you a bunch of plans. Do not expect detailed drawings of valve or radio equipment locations. But they will give you a pretty good overview.
If you have a flatbed scanner, you could order the pamphlet:
\"Vom Original zum Modell Uboottyp XXI\" ISBN 3-7637-6000-8,
it is only DM19.80 inc. tax. Then you can scan the same plans into your computer and enlarge them to a suitable scale. Book is in German, but you will get a bunch of photos with it.
