Junkers diesel compressor

hi!

has anbybody inbformations or specifications about the junkers compressor on the german boats? i saw it seems to be a "crankless diesel engine". well, i have problems to understand how without a crankshaft the piston movement should be translated to a rotary motion to drive something, eg. a compressor.
