Navweaps.com does list the UK Mk X 533mm/21" series which was used by

Mark X: Polish destroyers
Mark X*: ex-Brazilian Havant class destroyers
Mark X**: British MTBs
Mark X***: Dutch Submarines
Mark X****: Greek Submarines

But there is no mention of French subs.
