I greatly appreciate the response.

My 'take' from a look at the US TDC (and the 'users' manual) makes it very easy to shift input for a bow target and a stern target, thus the limiting factor seems more of a function of the time from last torpedo info output (e.g. gryo angle) to new info from second target.

What isn't clear is the operation of the German TDC (my Deutsch is very limited).

This may actually be more of a question toward what the 'common' practice in torpedo attack procedures against multiple targets in U-boat operation were.
