It very unlikely that U-352 had an Atlantic bow as she was sunk before 1943’s when I believe the Type VIIC’s started getting the Atlantic bow.
If you have a good picture of U-352 you can check for yourself.
The pink outline is the Type VIIC and the green outline is the Atlantic Bow.
Above you can see the bow casting section. This is the section they would had alternated for the Atlantic Bow (Source: Westwood).
