According to Rössler, the radio room equipment was similar to this used
on the type IXC boats (without one long-wave transmitter, which was barely used):

SW transmitter, 200 W, 3-23 MHz - Telefunken T 200 FK39
SW transmitter, 40 W, 3 - 16,5 MHz - Lorenz Lo 40 K39a,f
UHF transceiver, 10 W - Lorenz Lo 10 UK39
SW receiver, 1,5 - 25 MHz - Telefunken T 8 K44 "Köln" or T 9 K39 "Main"
Allwaves receiver - 15 - 20000 kHz - Telefunken E 391S

RDF receiver, 15 - 33 kHz and 70 - 1200 kHz - Telefunken T 8 PLLä38
