Lone Wolf: The Life and Death of U-Boat Ace Werner Henke, Timothy Mulligan - on her 4th patrol, U-515 (type IXC), at night 5/6th September 1943 was forced to dive to 250 meters due to attacks of HMS Tavy.
Report on interrogation of survivors from U-331 (http://uboatarchive.net/U-331INT.htm) - U-331 (type VIIC) after attack on HMS Barham dived to "well below 200 metres (656 ft.)" and "about 250 m".
Convoy, Martin Middlebrook - unidentified U-Boot type VIIC and IXC dived to 270 m and 310 meters respectively.
Report on the interrogation of survivors from U-490 (http://uboatarchive.net/U-490INT.htm) - on 12th June 1944, U-490 (type XIV) dived to "about 300 meters".
Report on the interrogation of survivors from U-432 (http://uboatarchive.net/U-432INT.htm) - on 11th March 1943, U-432 (type VIIC) dived to 300 meters.
Report on the interrogation of survivors from U-175 (http://uboatarchive.net/U-175INT.htm) - on 17th April 1943, U-175 (type IXC) dived to 274 meters.
