I would like to know if anybody had heard about German su´bs operating in the waters of the French island Guadeloupe in 1942 or 1943. Rumours say that there were some seen by fishers, even seamen went ashore. I have made a lot of research but did not find real proofs although the one or another boat crossed the waters for other operation fields.
I am not reffering to the case of U 156 an Martinique.
Would be great if somebody could help me.
