U Boat Clock Verification

Have seen a U Boat clock where the Fast/Slow lever is like a thin steel rod with a slot cut across the end as if a small screwdriver could fit.Cannot fathom out how to attach a photo to this message so please email if image useful.It doesn't seem to match stock photos of the conventional Fast/Slow adjustments. Thanks
