<HTML>I am searching for any further info about H.M.S. Pink. She was a flower class corvette launched 16-Feb-1942 and was torpedoed by U-988 in June 1944 and scrapped at Llannelly. Where is Llannelly? Does anyone know how I can obtain a copy of the crew roster or ships log or any pics? Does anyone know any of the crew or relatives of the crew. I am trying to learn who she was named for. My grandfather Alfred Thomas Pink was from the Gosport and Portsmouth England area and I do know he worked on the dockyards as a youth but was living here in Canada during the war. I know there are a lot of Pinks in England. Thanx for reading this and looking forward to any replies.</HTML>
