it seems info on the Nebojsa is non-existent, even in British sources. "Submarines of WWII" barely mentions her by name, gives no hint of her final disposition. Your best bet would be to contact the PRO in London & see if you can obtain the stored files relating to the sub.
My library has over 2000 books and I indexed all of them for info, the results on Nebojsa are completely negative other then she reached Malta in 4/41. My guess is, since she based n the british "L" class, spare parts may have been available and she may have been kept in commission as a trainer in Alexandria, Malta or even Gibraltar, though this is only a guess.
