<HTML>Further to Gerard's answer some additional info. from "German Cruisers of W.W. 2 " by M.J. Whitley.
The author mentions that the cruiser fired 676 rounds in a seven day engagement in Sept.41 against German troops outside Lenningrad.
She was hit by over 50 shells which inflicted the dmage Gerard describes , listing to port she was prevented from capsizing by the quay wall against which she was moored.
10 of her crew were killed and 20 injured.
She was made watertight on 10/9/41 andraised on the night of 16/17 and towed for repairs.
She was renamed Tallin and as again active against German forces in January 1944, in 31 bombardments she fired over 1036 rounds.
On page 50 of Mr. Whitleys book she is shown under tow to Lenningrad on 15th April 1940 , "A" turret is in situ. , some of thew superstructure is complete but she looks nowhere near complete.
Mr. Whitley describes how her completetion was on going but slowing down in Spring of 41.....Soviets questions being blamed on war demands.</HTML>
