Your chart has nothing to do with Uboat Kill Records! I know, anything connected with U-boats sells better on Ebay and elsewhere.
I took a quick look at your web page. Unfortunately your scan is not sharp enough to read anything but the headline with difficulty. Was that intentional? Your explanatory text is not factual, not even plausible.
If this paper was indeed found near the Normandy beaches, it would be reasonable to assume, that it was a ship profile recognition chart for the coastal artillery there.
The profile drawing appear to be the same style as those in "Weyer's Taschenbuch der Kriegsflotten" (annual pocket guide to the world's combat fleets).
As to marketing a reprint of this chart, I suggest it might not be worth your while, since only the original might have a modest value. Sorry to disappoint, rgds, RB</HTML>
