<HTML>Hi Ian,
all references in my library list the cruiser as "Georgios Averoff" until her retirement (except Jane's), that includes the Italian "Almanacco Navale", the german "Weyers" and "Brassey naval annual". Maybe Jane's needed to save ink .... :-)
