Hi Brian
My father, Fred Hubbard, also served on HMS Kipling from 1939 to 1942. I have attended most of the HMS Kipling reunions over the past 18 years with my father when he was alive, and since.
Sadly there are very few survivors of the ships company now, but the few that are still able attend a reunion once a year along with their families with sons, daughters, grandchildren, and friends of departed crew members. The venue is usually close to the New Forest. Over the years a great deal of photos, mementos etc. of the period have come to light and are usually on show at the reunion which is usually held end of April, beginning of May.
