HMS Blackthrow ?

<HTML>I am researching my late fathers (Osmand Francis Henderson) time in the Royal Navy during WW2. His list of ships served on included this reference:

HMS Blackthrow ( Sub Chaser) - Was torpedoed, but damage was to propellor and did not sink her.

I have looked and looked for this ship and not found any reference to her, can anyone help with details and or a photo.

He is supposed to have transfered to her from HMS Retalick another (sub chaser) and after HMS Blackthrow transfered to HMS Mull of Kintyre another sub chaser. I have a photo of HMS Retalick but the only HMS Mull of Kintyre I have seen looks like a supply ship of some sort, not a sub chaser.
