If that's the old "Matchbox" 1/72 kit, it does contain a number of alternative parts which will let you get very close to Gladiolus at most points in her career, and it used to be possible to get "superdetailing" kits which would let you get closer, but for 100% accuracy you'll have to do some scratch building of superdetail. I'd suggest that the starting point would be to get a picture of Gladiolus, and look at the "alternative" construction bits and views in the instruction book to see which are appropriate.
