Hi
Vessel listed in 'Hospital Ships and Ambulance Trains by John H Plumridge. See Page 167 Appendix C.
Princes Elizabeth was in service as a hospital ship, with accommodation for 30 patients, from 8 November 1916 to 3 September 1919. I can find no record of her in service with the Royal Navy so I can only presume she served the government as a military hospital ship or, more probably due to limited accommodation, as a hospital or ambulance carrier.
