Pat: Do you know of a Norman Desroshers who might have been on PT109? Or any other boat he may have been on. I found out recently that he was the uncle of one of my son-in-laws who lives in Center Barnstead, N.H. Mr. Desroshers died a short time ago. I regret I never met him when I lived in Merrimack, N.H. twenty years ago.
My brother Pat was on PC565, my brother Micky was a Bosin Mate on Crash Boat on Guam during WW2. Those Crash Boats were stripped down PT Boats used for rescueing downed planes at Guam. I was too young for WW2 so was at Kimpo A/Base Korea with the 4th Ftr. Wing.
God I would have loved to be a PT Boat sailor!!
