Hi Tony,
the Fairmile "B"s MLs carried Pt#s 112-311, 336-500, 511-600, 801-933, quite a few as you can see.
They were built by 43 boatyards in the UK and 38 abroad on a design by W. J. Holt.
I have extensive material on file but nothing re. the 493 suggests she was involved in an ASW action. If you have a date, even approximate, I can probably find out more for you. If you need tech data, make a follow-up post,
