Roger, I have tried to contact you by pm but for some reason it won't let me send anything.

My dad told me a quite dramatic tale about the diving mechanism being damaged, so the boat was stuck on the seabed. The capt had the idea of getting the crew to run towards one end of the boat, and throw themselves in a heap like a rugby scrum, in an attempt to "rock the boat" and get her to move under her own momentum. Its this aspect that fascinates me, yet there is barely a mention anywhere in print.

It must have been a truly horrific experience for anyone on board.
