Thomas Green Built 1919, Launched 28th May, Built at South Shields by C. Rennoldson, completed as a fishing vessel. 1920 sold to mercantile, acquired by Harley & Miller of Liverpool & renamed Ebor Elect. Port Reg: MH 112. Acquired by Consoldidated Fisheries of Grimsby & renamed Caerphilly Castle. 1939 Requisitioned in August & converted to a M/S. Purchased by Royal Navy 1940, Admty No 4218 Port Reg SA92. Sold back to mercantile in January as Fishing Trawler, retaining same name. 1941 lost, sunk by enemy A/C 27th January position 52,35N 12.00W
