Hello, My Great Uncle served on the Scylla during WW2. He is turning 90 this month and I'd love to get a copy of this book for him. I was with him today talking about his experiences (fathers day in Australia) and it was quite emotional. He did want to clear one misconception up though. By his recollection, the ship was not hit by a mine, but had a mine explode underneath it. This is why it was damaged but did not sink. I love hearing stories like this from people who were there. My Uncle (Don Woodcock) is a living treasure and a pleasure to listen too.

Regards Graham Galea
