USS Change AM-159

My grandfather Johnny Bush served on the USS Change. He now has alzheimer's, but the one thing he talks about often and quite clearly is his military service. His house burned a few years back and he lost the few pictures he had of him and the ship. Does anyone have a picture of the USS Change or know how I could go about getting one? Thanks for the help!
