Hello Platon,
while searchine the web for HMS Rysa I've found the following:

"Rysa (T164) was an Isles Class minesweeping trawler of 560 tons (grt) built by Cochrane & Sons Shipbuilders Ltd at Selby and launched on 15 March 1941. She was commissioned into the Royal Navy on 13 August 1941 and served with the Fifth Trawler Group based at Portland. On 8 December 1943, she was mined and sunk off Maddalena in Sicily. Her Commanding Officer was T/A/Lt Cdr John Handley Cooper RNVR. Ty/Lt W H Bailey RNVR and three ratings were killed, and Lt Cdr Cooper and fourteen ratings missing. Ty/Sub Lt W G P Brown RNVR was wounded. HMS Boscawen was the RN minesweeper and anti-submarine base at Portland, Dorset."

As you can read it is reported that HMS Rysa was sunk off La Maddalena in Sicily (when it should be Sardinia...).

How can it be there's so much difference in the position ?
