Hi all, I recently found a book on overseas travel (Hawaii-japan) and in the front was the name “LCDR J. R. Willis, USN, USS Rasher (AGSS269)” , and I’m trying to find some more info on him. To my understanding, he was a lieutenant commander for the Rasher at one time, but I can’t seem to find any record of it... any advice on how to find more on him? I know it’s a long shot, but hey, you never know. Thanks
