s/s Ayr's convoy

<HTML>Hello again,
Bendert claims the 8/3/18 sinking of Ayr for UC 27, but Sokol states that KuK U 28 attacked the convoy hitting Ayr (seen to sink by the stern) and Uganda (sank next day while in tow for Malta).
In addition, Bendert allocates credit for s/s Demodocus to UC 53 while Sokol claims her for KuK U 40
Who is right?
