SM U 59 and survivors

Hello,
According to [uboat.net] SM U 59 on 14 May 1917 struck a mine off Horns Reef and sunk with 33 dead and 4 survivors.
I found in a WW I submariner service record that he served on U 59 until 15.09.17 (also received EK II 15.09.17). Then he was posted on SMS Vineta.
These 4 survivors rescued and returned to Germany ?
