Close`s Charts "Fate of The U-boats"

"Fate of The U-Boats - War Wrecks Off Coast of England"
A chart over the North Sea that shows the locations of German submarines sunk
during the WW1, also information about what ship who sunk it and and what day/year. Can anybody help me with estimating a value for this chart & is any collector out there maybee interested in buying it? There is a scratch in the upper right corner(can be restored..) and the upper round staff has been replaced some 30 years ago! Otherwise in very good condition, no paint falling off etc. Will be happy to mail more pics to anybody intersted in helping me value it, or anybody interested in buying it!
