<HTML>William,
It's reasonably easy to trace officers in the Kaiserliche Marine. As for enlisted personnel, you'd really need to dig through German records.
From Johan Ryheul's "Marinekorps Flandern", UB 59's officers as of mid-May 1918 were:
CO: Wassner,
Wachtoffizer: Oblt.z.S Schottky
Leitender Ingenieur: Mar.Ingen. De Buhr
Best wishes,
Michael</HTML>
