Bendert UC 72 claims

<HTML>Here is another to be considered: according to Bendert, UC 72 sank the sailer Reward on unspecified date. Lloyd's lists the vessel as missing after sailing from Falmouth on 13/3/17, since the date is consistent with UC 72's presence in the western Channel, it may well be;
now for the tough one: Bendert claims UC 72 sank the greek Frixos from a convoy on 28/3/17 but Lloyd's has the ship posted missing after sailing from New York for the UK on 19 APRIL, 3 weeks after the alleged attack.
Any ideas on how to reconcile the Bendert claim with Lloyd's entry?
