<HTML>Hi everybody,
On 20.03.1918, UC-48 was depth charged by HMS LOYAL in the Channel so that she was voluntarily interned three days later at El Ferrol, Spain. After having tryed to escape on 25.05, she was disarmed and finaly scuttled off La Coruna on 13.03.1919.
Does anybody can tell me more about the escaping operation ?
And does someone know if the wreck has been localized at this day (and perhaps dived) ?
What about the crewmembers ?
Thanks for all help.
