The higher figure is correct. From 'Dictionary of Disasters at Sea' by Hocking:
'The steamship Ramazan, in service as a transport, was carrying a contingent of 380 Indian troops when she was shelled by a German submarine 55 miles SE of Cerigotto island in the Aegean Sea on September 19th 1915. Of the Indian troops, 305 were drowned, as well as one member of the crew. There were 103 survivors'
