<HTML>Couldn't find a report on Justica listed in the PRO ledgers in Kew
All I could get was this from the (frequently innaccurate) German Submarine War 14-18 by Gibson and Prendergast
"In 1914 this 32,234t ship was building for the Holland Amerika line as the Statendam. She had been completed and taken over by the White Star Line proving herself a very vlauable addition to the fleet of troopships. She had just left Belfast for America, excorted by 12 patrols; and when 20 miles west by north of Skerryvore she was hit by a torpedo from UB64 (von Schrader). It was about 16.00 on the afternoon of the 19th. At once the escort put over 35 depth charges. Two hours later a couple of torpedoes came from the submarine; a success that was greeted by the distribution of 23 'ash cans'. Listing heavily the wounded giant was taken in tow. Two and half hours elapsed and UB64 shot her fourth torpedo. Once again the sea was plastered with eleven more depth charges. The submarine now leaking badly, exuded oil whilst the liner still fought for life. Until noon next day when she was 20 miles W by N. 3/4 N. from Skerrvore...a torpedo from U54 (von Rucketeshell) proved toomuch and she sank at midday July 20th.
Both submarines got away in spite of the enormous number of depth charges expended. It was during the hunt by the destroyers Marne ,Millbrook and Pigeon for the attackers that contact was made with UB124 (Wutsdorff) and the interloper they sank with depth charges. Survivors from UB124 declared that serieosu leaks had fbeen caused by the fearcul concussions and that in an edaveour to escape they had dived right under the sinking liner."</HTML>
